I was on a conservative blog when I found a link to Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali, the highest Islam leader in Australia, and his little speech about theft and the position of the Koran regarding it. It really gets good at the end.
To boil it down it shows that American and Australian women are fine, it is those Canadian and Mexican women that are the problem.
Read it all and ask your spouses about it.
Hmm, a couple of updates, apparently the Imam was referring to the gang rape of an Australian woman and the trial of Bilal Skaf. Why doesn't the CBC talk about the gang rapists?

This is exactly why I believe so strongly in freedom of speech. If more leaders spoke up like this guy, people would be embarrassed to follow them.

You are wrong, people do follow this guy because they follow the religion. He is defending a gang rapist with the commentary. Bilal Skaf is in jail because of people like him, who indoctrinate their followers into believing that non muslims are not worth anything.
CBC neglected to mention the gang rapist in the story.
I think what you are missing is that Muslim leaders currently blame everything on the West. It is the evil Western society that allows you to live in squalor, not your government. It is the evil Americans that oppress your people, not your government. It is so much easier to blame someone else, particularly when they are in a different country and/or worship a different religion then you.
Extremist Islamists preach that we will all live in a better world if it was all united under a single (Islamic) religion.
